Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, distribution).
Ensure proper handling of beauty products, including expiry date and batch control (FIFO/FEFO).
Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock audits.
Lead and manage warehouse team performance.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene, and storage requirements.
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales teams for stock planning.
Monitor stock movement and prepare warehouse reports.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or retail.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, batch tracking, and expiry management.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Detail-oriented, organized, and quality-focused.
Familiar with product handling standards (cosmetics/skincare) is a plus.
