Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Develop and manage production schedules based on forecasts and product launch timelines.
• Coordinate production activities and material readiness with maklon partners.
• Monitor and control raw material and finished goods inventory.
• Analyze production data to identify risks, delays, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with R&D, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Marketing teams.
• Prepare regular reports for management on production and inventory status.
• Lead and develop the PPIC team for efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC or Production Planning (preferably in cosmetics/FMCG).
• Proven experience in Production Planning and developing production schedules.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-department coordination ability
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
